Everyone talks about AI. Where do you start?

How to bring AI into your company

“Everyone talks about AI and I do not know where to start.”

One in five EU companies with 10 or more employees already uses artificial intelligence (19.95%, Eurostat 2025), but only about one in twelve uses three or more AI technologies (8.28%). The brake is not the technology: of the companies that considered AI and did not use it, 70% say they lack the expertise (70.31%). This session gives an executive just enough to decide: which case to pick, which data is needed, what the law requires today and what to ask a supplier before signing. No jargon, sourced figures. Bringing in AI is a management decision, not an IT project.

The first case, measured

“I have a case in mind. What is it worth and how do I know it pays?”

The invoice already enters itself. Now you need to know what it costs, what it is worth and which case comes next. This session gives five questions that decide which kind of AI you need without knowing how it works, shows how to measure how much your experts disagree before you automate a judgement, and how to ask what real use costs, not the trial with ten users. It closes with ninety days in three gates and one question before the last: if this fails, why will it be? Stopping in time is also a good result.

You take away
The 90-day plan, with the case sheet to fill in.

Who decides and who answers: data, risk and the law

“We already use AI, whether I know it or not. What is my risk and what am I signing?”

AI is already inside companies: about one European adult in six or seven uses generative AI for work (15.36%, Eurostat 2025), and more than half of the companies that use AI get it as ready-to-use commercial software (57.92%, Eurostat 2024). This session explains, for the person in charge, who owns each piece of data, who has access to what, which uses are high risk and what European law requires today: AI literacy measures, transparency since 2 August 2026, the GDPR rule on automated decisions and, from 2 December 2027, the high-risk duties. AI does not decide; whoever deploys it decides. Human oversight is only real if the reviewer can say no.

You take away
Your company's one-page AI inventory, the five clauses to read in any AI contract and the use policy.

Humans times AI: a rhythm that holds

“I have pilots that work. How do I change the company, not just the tasks?”

80% of respondents say AI has improved their productivity; only 37% see any effect on profit (McKinsey 2026). The difference is redesigning the work and management leading it: the companies that do best put 10% of the effort into algorithms, 20% into data and technology and 70% into people, processes and culture (BCG 2025). This session shows how to go from patches to a system: teams of people and agents, delegating execution without delegating responsibility, different training per profile and a working rhythm that holds. Company = humans × AI; multiplying by zero gives zero.

Workshop: the executive's second brain

“How do I use AI myself, every week, without it eating my day?”

The system an executive uses to turn meetings, notes and decisions into a memory that works for them: what goes in, where it lives, how to ask it and what is never delegated. Explained step by step with your own meetings as material. There is no guided practice online: the guided version is the in-company programme.

You take away
The system explained with your own meetings, ready to set up.

For your leadership team

The in-company option is the sessions live at your company, with your committee, and the executive programme, from €2,900. If you want to show it to your team, I will send you the syllabus.

Who it is for

  • Owner, general manager, CEO or CFO of a company of 20 to 250 people in the EU.
  • You do not know AI and you have to decide about it this year.
  • You want sourced figures, not opinions.
  • You prefer to watch it when you want, in half an hour, with Monday's page already done.

Who it is not for

  • You are looking for a prompt or tools course.
  • You want someone to implement it for you: that is the in-company programme.
  • You need a certificate: nobody can certify you under the AI Act today, because no harmonised standard has been cited in the Official Journal, and the course says so.
  • You need legal advice for your company: the course explains the rules, your lawyer or data protection officer applies them.
  • You expect live sessions or emailed questions with a guaranteed answer.

Questions

How long is it?

Session 1 runs half an hour. The full course, with the three deep dives and the workshop, just under one more hour. Watch it when you want and resume where you left off.

Is it live?

No. The sessions are narrated in English, with the same slides and videos as in the room. The 60-minute diagnostic and the in-company programme are live.

Can I watch on my phone?

Yes. The classroom works in any browser and keeps the minute you stopped at, so you can start on the computer and continue on the phone.

Do I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes, by email after payment. For individuals the price includes VAT. If you buy for a company registered for VAT in another EU country, add its VAT number at checkout and the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse charge (Directive 2006/112/EC, Arts. 44 and 196).

What if it is not for me?

Write to alex@mourente.ai within 14 days and you get the full amount back, whatever you have watched; if you buy as a consumer, that is also your EU right of withdrawal.

What if I want you at my company?

That is the in-company programme: the live sessions with your committee and the executive programme, from €2,900. Write to alex@mourente.ai and I will send you a proposal.

Does it cover the law of my country?

It covers the rules that apply in every member state: the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), the GDPR and the Data Act. National rules differ in who supervises and in works council rights; the course names your national market surveillance authority and your data protection authority in general and gives the main member states as examples. It is not legal advice.

Start with session 1. It is free and runs half an hour.

It is not a prompt course, a product demo or a talk about the future. It is not legal advice either.
