When AI decides about a person: what already binds you

To find the use of AI in your company that scores or decides about people.

   Which tools in your inventory touch people: candidates, employees or customers you give credit to? For each one, does it only read or sort, does it report, score or decide?

   If any of them scores or decides, who reviews? Can they see the factors and depart from the result?
3. 3.
   Are disagreements recorded? If there are never any, why do you think that is?
4. 4.
   Do you use any tool that measures your people's mood, stress or emotions? If the answer is yes, stop here and call your employment adviser today.
5. 5.
   Who writes the information notice for candidates and new employees, and does it name the tools that score? That is the name for Monday's call.
