   Who in management would answer for it? ‘IT’ does not count.

   What does it cost today, in hours or in pounds, and how do you know?

   How far would it have to fall to be worth it, and who will check that the work comes out just as well?
5. 5.
   What will happen to the time saved? Write it as you would say it to your team.
