What you do on Monday

To find out which doors you can open on Monday and which not.

1.
Which of the five rungs is your company on today? And which would you like to be on in twelve months?
2.
Write down three decisions about AI that you have been putting off.
3.
Mark each one with one of two words. ‘Two-way’ if it can be undone within ninety days without harm to anyone. ‘One-way’ if it touches people's data, decides about a person or ties you to a supplier with no way out.
4.
In the 21 questions (appendix C or the QR), which is the first need where you answer ‘no’? Who on your team would take it on?
5.
The two-way door you open this week: what, who takes it on and on what date you review it.
