To have a name and a date for each profile.

   Who in your company already uses AI in their work? Write names or roles.
2. 2.
   Of those people, who reviews or decides with what AI proposes about customers, suppliers or people?
3. 3.
   What training has each one received, and where is it written down? If it is not written down, write ‘nowhere’.
4. 4.
   Your leadership question: where does AI create value in your profit and loss account, and what risk are you taking? Write what you would answer today.
5. 5.
   Which other executives, who do not compete with you, could you meet once a month to talk about your cases?
