   Who in your company already uses AI in their work? Write names or roles.

   Of those people, who reviews or decides on what AI proposes about customers, suppliers or people?

   What training has each received, and where is it written? If it is not written down, write ‘nowhere’.
4. 4.
   Your management question: where does AI create value in your profit and loss account, and what risk do you take on? Write what you would answer today.
5. 5.
   With which other executives, who do not compete with you, could you meet once a month to talk about your cases?
