To find out whether you could gather in ten minutes what an inspection would ask you for.
- 1.Where is your company's AI inventory today? Write the path or the name of the folder.
- 2.Which of these papers do you already have? Use policy, reviewed contracts, privacy notice, record of decisions about people.
- 3.If a complaint from an employee or a candidate arrived tomorrow, who would answer it? Who would review it?
- 4.Which tool in your inventory would be hardest to explain to the ICO, and why?
- 5.What is missing from the folder, who adds it and by when?
